A WINSFORD-based courier will continue to transport dangerous goods, medication and biomedical samples to the public sector.

Under the new UK wide agreement RM6171 Courier and Specialist Movements, Topspeed will continue to provide their public sector customers with a range of services, from secure overnight deliveries to complex and large-scale services.

The specialist courier services provided by Topspeed enable the safe storage and transportation of documents, packages, pallets, and hazardous goods, including:

• Biomedical samples and specimens

• Pharmaceutical products including controlled drugs and medication

• Dangerous Goods

• Firearms and ammunition

Gillian Lockley, managing director at Topspeed, commented: "We are proud to have retained our place on the CCS Framework for specialist courier services once again.

"We are now in our ninth year, and we pride ourselves that this is due to the hard work and commitment of our whole team, from our drivers, warehouse personnel, operations team and the management team."

Topspeed operates nationally and internationally from Winsford Industrial Estate and employs 28 operations staff and warehouse staff and 117 directly employed full-time drivers.
