A PUB is looking to extend its car park to reduce 'unauthorised and street' parking.

Marston's has submitted plans to Cheshire West and Chester Council to add 11 new spaces to the car park at The Riverside Inn in Acton Bridge.

A design and access statement, submitted as part of the application, says: "The proposal is to remove a section of bank to the right hand side of the existing car park and install 11 new car parking spaces.

"The additional bays will increase the parking for the public house and reduce the pressure on unauthorised and street parking.

"Access to the car park is from Warrington Road and will remain unchanged."
