A MAN from Northwich has pleaded not guilty to the rape of a woman more than three years ago.
Benjamin James Kershaw, of Bishops Way in Winnington, attended Nightingale Court at the Crowne Plaza in Chester on Friday (July 16).
The 40-year-old denied one charge of raping a woman over the age of 16.
The alleged offence is believed to have occurred on January 24, 2018.
A trial has now been listed to take place at Chester Crown Court on June 27 next year.
