A serious two-vehicle crash took place on the M6 today, after a motorist died yesterday on the same strecth
DELAYS are expected on the M6 following a serious two-vehicle crash this afternoon.
It happened on the M6 Southbound between junction 20 for Lymm and junction 19 for Knutsford.
Traffic was temporarily stopped, but all lanes were announced to be reopened at 6.42pm.
Traffic officers, Cheshire fire and rescue, Cheshire police roads and crime unit, Cheshire police and north west motorways police are currently at the scene.
This comes after a motorist died on the same stretch of the M6 in a serious crash yesterday and three other people received what are believed to be minor injuries.
