SHOW homes are set to open for viewings at a new development in Winnington.
The trio of show homes on the Winnington Avenue site, between Northwich and Hartford, will open their doors on June 19 – a pair of four-bedroom detached properties and a three-bedroom semi-detached home.
Matthew Gould, sales director of Anwyl Homes Lancashire, said: "It’s really exciting to have three show homes ready to view at Winnington Place.
"Homes here are already proving popular and have generated a number of sales off-plan, which is really encouraging and reflects the strength of the housing market locally.
"We have lots of digital resources to help inspire buyers, including computer generated images, floor plans and virtual tours from other developments, but people still really value being able to view a show home.
"There’s nothing quite like being able to see inside an actual property yourself."
The three show homes will be available to view by appointment only from June 19, which can be booked online at anwyl.co.uk/winnington.
