A NORTHWICH business is asking lresidents to share how they look after their wellbeing as part of Mental Health Awareness Week.

Michelle and Ryan Phelps of Hartford Wealth Management have organised activities to get the community involved in bringing together positive messages and images about wellbeing and happiness.

“Mental health is something I feel very strongly about having had some challenges after I had children,” said Michelle.

“I think it’s something we need to talk about more and I hope that the activities we’ve organised this week will go some way towards that.”

Hosted by the Mental Health Foundation, Mental Health Awareness Week takes place from May 10 to May 16 and the theme is nature.

One of the ways people can get involved is to write details about how they look after their wellbeing on a green tag, which will then be added to a Wellbeing Tree. The tags are available at the company’s office in Chester Road.

Budding artists are also being asked to create outdoor chalk art pictures showing happiness or what makes them feel good.

Hartford Wealth Management has organised prizes from other local businesses for the most imaginative and inspirational creations.

The winner of the best chalk art design will benefit from a £15 voucher to spend on a dress up costume from Gifts’n’Party, whilst the most inspirational messages from the Wellbeing Tree could win themselves a voucher for The Coachman or a wellbeing box from local retailer Hoogaly.
