BUSINESS owners in Northwich are being offered the opportunity to take part in a free workshop to help them to successfully operate in a post-pandemic world.

WR Partners, which has offices in the town as well as in Nantwich, are holding the 90-minute virtual workshop in partnership with Salt Solutions, via online meeting platform Zoom.

The workshop is designed to help businesses that are considering how they will continue and how they can successfully integrate employees back into a potentially new working world.

Jenna Tarry, HR Consultant at the firm, who will be hosting the event with Heather Noble, the Managing Director of Salt Solutions, said:

"As the time comes for employees to start to return back to the workplace and employers start to consider what the future of working will look like, these changes may cause fear and anxiety with employees, who for over a year now have more than likely had the question in the back of their minds ‘what is going to happen?’.

"That’s why WR Partners are hosting this event, to provide support and guidance to employers, in how best to communicate their plans, but more importantly to listen and understand any concerns or fears their employees may have surrounding returning to work, or adapting to new working methods."

With over 12 years’ experience working within HR, both in an internal HR capacity for a large agricultural manufacturer and retailer, and as an experienced HR Consultant, Jenna brings a wealth of experience in supporting businesses, in a wide range of industries, to ensure their people practices are effective and compliant.

She added: "Everyone has been impacted to varying levels as a result of the pandemic, and unfortunately there is no blue print as to what employers should do surrounding a successful integration, but we can help provide some useful guidance for employers to make the right decisions, which starts with communication."

Joint host Heather Noble set up Salt Solutions in 2009 after more than 20 years in the corporate world where she worked across a wide range of business sectors, largely at a senior level. Salt Solutions offers Training & Coaching Management, Communication and Mental Health Consultancy.

The workshop will provide tips on the key considerations as you reopen your business and or reintroduce employees to the new way of working which may include flexible working solutions, including a hybrid working environment.

It will take place on Wednesday, May 19, on Zoom, from 10.30am to 12 noon and is limited to 50 participants, so sign up early to avoid disappointment.
