A GARDEN plant fair is being held in aid of St Luke's Hospice.
Winsford gardener Hilary Malam is hosting the event at home with husband John.
Hilary said: "St Luke's is close to our hearts. I was diagnosed with breast cancer in summer 2019 and I was fortunate enough to have complementary therapies to aid my recovery.
"For a long time I thought St Luke's was only for end of life care but it offers so much more."
The couple raised £711 for the hospice from a similar event last year and collect more donations this time.
The sale will be held at their home, 4 Woodlark Close, off Rookery Rise in Wharton, from 10am to 3pm on Saturday, May 15.

"The plants are free," said John. "All we ask is that you make a donation to St Luke's."
Vegetables and fruits including tomatoes, peppers, chillis, aubergines, cucumbers, runner beans and rhubarb will be on offer alongside annual and perennial flowers and gardening items.
Gardeners are asked to bring a bag or box to carry the plants home.
