TWO dogs and two litters of puppies have been rescued from a kitchen fire in Middewich.
Firefighters were called to a property in Long Lane shortly before 2.15pm this afternoon.
Four firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used two hose reel jets to extinguish the flames.
A spokesman for Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service said: "Firefighters rescued two adult dogs and two litters of puppies and administered oxygen.
Firefighters from @WinsfordFS and @SandbachFS rescued these newly born puppies from a kitchen fire this afternoon! Oxygen was administered by the crews, and all of the dogs are doing well. 🥰
