A MAN charged with sex offences on a girl has appeared in court.
Michael Collins appeared at Liverpool, Knowsley and St Helens Magistrates' Court.
Collins, 34, is charged with five counts.
He is accused of engaging in sexual activity in the presence of a child and of inciting a girl, aged 15, to engage in sexual activity.
He is also charged with three sexual assaults on a girl.
Collins is alleged to have committed the offences during October and November 2020 at an address in the borough of St Helens.
The case was sent to Liverpool Crown Court where Collins will appear on Friday, January 29.
Collins, of St Anne Street, Liverpool (no fixed address) was remanded into custody.
