A LOSTOCK Gralam business has lodged plans to transform its own site into new apartments.
Topfloors Ltd, in Manchester Road, has submitted plans to Cheshire West and Chester Council for six flats at its site.
The scheme involves part-demolition and conversion of the existing Topfloors building into one one-bedroom flat, four two-bedroom flats and one three-bedroom flat.
All six apartments would be put on the open market.
The 700sq m site currently includes a showroom and offices.

If the plans are approved, six parking spaces would be provided, along with space for three bicycles and a motorbike.
