Positive Covid tests for postponement of Witton Albion match
WITTON Albion's trip to Hyde United next week has been postponed.
In a statement released this afternoon, Hyde have confirmed two positive Covid-19 tests among their playing squad and backroom staff.
As a result, all first-team activity at the club has been suspended up to and including October 24.
This includes the scheduled clash with Albion at Ewen Fields on Tuesday, October 20.
A new date for the fixture will now be arranged.
