A DRUGS den in Middlewich has been destroyed.
Police officers removed a table and chairs from an area of wasteland near Middlewich Custody Suite in Pochin Way.
Police community support officers dismantled the drugs den at around 3pm on Wednesday, September 16.
Middlewich police have vowed to step up the fight against drugs and say they will continue to disturb and disrupt dealers and users.
A spokesman for Cheshire Police said:"Police community support officers were acting on intelligence yesterday."

The removal of the drugs den came on the same day that two men aged 45 and 61 were arrested at Holly Court in Croxton Lane for possession with intent to supply Class A drugs.
Anyone with information about drugs should call Cheshire Police on 101.
