Firefighters tackle vehicle fire in Rushton Drive, Middlewich
FIREFIGHTERS tackled a vehicle fire in Middlewich.
Crews were called to reports of smoke coming from a vehicle in Rushton Drive at 4.25pm yesterday.
On arrival the emergency crew discovered that the vehicle's engine bay was well alight.
A firefighter wearing breathing apparatus used a hose reel jet to extinguish the fire.
A thermal imaging camera was used to monitor temperatures.
