A DEVELOPER has unveiled plans for more than 120,000sq ft of new industrial buildings in Winnington.
FI Real Estate Management wants to build seven blocks at Winnington Business Park, off Winnington Avenue, which could be let as a whole or individually.
It is part of a redevelopment which already has outline planning approval from Cheshire West and Chester Council, including part which will be used for 164 new homes.
A spokesman for FI Real Estate Management said: “Our investment in Winnington reflects our confidence in Northwich and the buoyant industrial market here in the north west.
"We are confident that our plans will help to revitalise the area and provide a welcome investment boost to the town more widely.”
Building could start in 2021 if a reserved matters application is approved by CWAC.

All units would come with private parking and would vary in size and type.
The plans are yet to be listed on CWAC's planning website for comment.
