Audi stolen in Barnoldswick
A STOLEN car led police on a wild chase before being returned to its owner.
The Audi was stolen from an address in Barnoldswick just after 9pm
Shortly afterwards police saw it on the A59 and a chase began to stop the driver getting away with the car.
Police then blocked the path and the driver was arrested.
A spokesman for the Lancs Tac Ops team said: "This Audi was stolen with keys from an address in Barnoldswick at 21:10. At 21:25 @LancsTacOps saw it on the A59 and pursued it to a stinger site before it was boxed and stopped.
"Driver arrested and car returned to a grateful owner."
