WITTON Albion have confirmed eight pre-season friendlies for this summer, including a fixture against newly-promoted EFL side Crewe Alexandra.
Due to current Covid-19 guidelines, these are scheduled to be played behind closed doors unless Government advice changes.
Albion have scheduled five dates at Wincham Park with three further matches to be played on the road.
Carl Macauley's side will begin their preparations against National League North outfit Southport on Tuesday 11 August, before a trip to Bootle the following Saturday.
EFL side Crewe Alexandra, who were promoted into League One for the 2020-21 campaign, visit Wincham Park on Tuesday 18 August before the Vijay Anthwal Trophy derby match against Northwich Victoria.
Two away matches follow against Burscough and Runcorn Linnets with Vauxhall Motors visiting Wincham Park on August Bank Holiday Monday.
Welsh side Bala Town are visitors to Witton on Saturday 5 September.
