A 72-YEAR-OLD man received serious injuries in a two-vehicle collision in Queensbury last night.
The man was taken to Leeds General Infirmary after the incident on the Brighouse and Denholme Road at the junction with Perseverance Road.
Four men have been arrested on suspicion of causing serious injury by dangerous driving and remain in custody at this time.
The collision involved a grey Volkwagen Golf and red Land Rover.
Police are appealing for witnesses.
Officers were called at 22.33 last night by the ambulance service.
Police would like to appeal to anyone who witnessed the collision or who saw the vehicles prior to the collision or may have any dashcam or CCTV footage to get in touch.
