WILTSHIRE: McKenzie Brookes, 24, of Trowbridge Road, Hilperton, entered no pleas to allegations he assaulted a woman by beating in Trowbridge on July 3 and June 19. He was remanded in custody.

WILTSHIRE: Jason Burrows, 33, of no fixed address, denied breaching a bail condition requiring him to sign on at Salisbury police station. Magistrates found the allegation not proven and he was readmitted to bail. He faces charges at Bristol magistrates’ court.

WILTSHIRE: Shreen Chahin, 40, of Bond Street, Bath, entered no pleas to allegations he assaulted his mother and threatened her with a knife in Warminster on July 2.

He was remanded in custody for a hearing at Salisbury Crown Court on July 31.

WILTSHIRE: Jack Isaacs, 36, of no fixed address, admitted stealing a £300 electric toothbrush from Boots in Melksham on July 3. He was fined £80 and ordered to pay £150 compensation. The fine was deemed paid by time served in the police cells.

WILTSHIRE: Isaac Mould, 24, of Bentley Grove, Calne, was found guilty of disclosing a private sexual photograph without the consent of the woman depicted in it and with the intention of causing her distress.

He was given a 12=month community order, must carry out 80 hours of unpaid work and pay £705 in costs and surcharge.

WILTSHIRE: Bail was varied for Jason Cooper, 45, of Ringwood, Hampshire, who denies burgling a barn in Pewsey and going equipped. He is due before Salisbury Magistrates’ Court on August 12.

WILTSHIRE: Magistrates approved an application by Wiltshire Council for a closure order on a house in Wyvern Walk, Westbury. The order lasts for three months.

WILTSHIRE: Wiltshire Council was granted a three month closure order on a house in Nicholson Vale, Longhedge.

WILTSHIRE: Anthony Sloper, 42, who gave a care of address to the court of Hare and Hound Street, Devizes, admitted breaching a non-molestation order by sending a woman text messages, possession of cannabis and breach of a conditional discharge.

He was fined £240 and ordered to pay £119 in costs and surcharge.

SWINDON: Zoe Stephenson, 18, of no fixed address, admitted breaching a community order by failing to keep in touch with probation. She was bailed until July 15, when she will be sentenced.

SWINDON: Nathan Hagen, 25, of Beaulieu Close, Toothill, was given a 12-week prison sentence suspended for a year after he changed his pleas on the day of his trial and admitted abusive or threatening words and behaviour likely to make people believe violence would be used against them.

A charge that he had threatened another person with a fragment of a metal can were dismissed after the Crown offered no evidence.

He was ordered to pay £207 in costs and surcharge and fined £100 for breaching an earlier conditional discharge, under the terms of which he was not to get himself into trouble.

ROYAL WOOTTON BASSETT: Charlie O’Brien, 18, of Windmill Road, admitted driving a Suzuki Swift car without due care and attention on Windmill Road last July. He had previously denied the offence. Sentence was adjourned to July 14.

WILTSHIRE: Andrew Quick, 28, who gave a care of address in Bratton, near Westbury, admitted damaging a windowsill. He was bailed for sentence on July 29.

WILTSHIRE: Wiltshire Police was given permission to retain £8,640 cash seized from Matthew Jewell, 40, at Dairyhouse Bridge Caravan Site on July 4. The police have seven days to retain the cash. Jewell will contest an application by the police to keep hold of the cash for longer.

WILTSHIRE : Juanita Graham, 37, of Helliker Close, Hilperton, pleaded guilty to taking a child away from the responsible person on March 9 this year. The crime is an offence under the 1989 Children Act.

She was given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay a £21 victim surcharge.

WILTSHIRE: Daniel Thomas, 29, of Cheyney Walk, Westbury, entered no pleas to allegations that he attempted to incite a 12-year-old girl to engage in sexual activity, distributed and made indecent photographs and was in possession of extreme pornography.

He was bailed to attend Swindon Crown Court on August 7.
