DID you see the SpaceX rocket launch last night?
NASA astronauts Doug Hurley and Bob Behnken lifted off inside the SpaceX Falcon 9 at Cape Canaveral yesterday.
The pair are on their way to the International Space Station on a rocket and capsule system built by the firm owned by billionaire Elon Musk.
This was the first time that a rocket built by a private company had launched on American soil.
The rocket could be seen heading towards orbit in the skies over Swindon at 8.22pm UK time.
The mission, named Demo-2, marks the first time NASA launched astronauts from US soil in nine years.
If you got a glimpse of this historic moment, let us know and send us your pics!
