A RUDHEATH man will appear at Chester Crown Court next month charged with three counts of touching a woman sexually without consent.
Stephen Bushell, of Orchard Marina, pleaded not guilty to all three counts at Warrington Magistrates Court last Friday, May 22.
They relate to three separate incidents in Northwich on May 6, May 8 and May 20.
The first two incidents took place at around 5.30pm on a canal path off Middlewich Road, while the third took place near the Chesterway roundabout at 3.30pm.
All three involve a teenage girl from Northwich.
The 52-year-old has also pleaded not guilty to breaching a risk of sexual harm order made against him by Liverpool Crown Court in January 2018, which stops him from approaching and engaging with unknown women.
Bushell was arrested at his home at around 11am last Thursday, May 21.
He is due in court on Friday, June 19.
