HARTFORD Golf Club is to host a special lunch event to mark International Women’s Day.

The event will feature female guest speakers from the world of business, who will look to inspire others to follow in their footsteps.

It has been organised by Sue France, Tricia Peters and Kirsty James, who have been running networking events in Cheshire and beyond for over 29 years.

Sue will be celebrating the 10th anniversary of Creative Connecting, as is Kirsty’s Colony Networking.

Tricia is not far behind with nine years under her belt growing Cheshire Business Events.

Between them, they have helped hundreds of people to connect and grow their businesses and are responsible for thousands of pounds worth of business in the region.

IWD 2020 provides the ideal opportunity for these three networkers to pool their resources, and the ladies have created a wonderful day for the business ladies of Cheshire.

The speakers for the day will be Maura Jackson of Back up NW, Sally Penni, Barrister at Law, and Catherine Sandland from White Hart Training.

The event will also include a panel discussion on networking chaired by Alex McCann of Altrincham HQ.

The lunch has the support of NatWest and Howard Worth Accountants, who both run events of their own supporting women in business, and were delighted to get involved as event partners.

Kim Meadows, business growth enabler at NatWest, said: “It is a pleasure to support the growth of female talent in the region so we had no hesitation in partnering with such an important event for Cheshire run by three exceptional network leaders who have planned a very strong event programme”.

Sue France added: “We are all strong personalities with our own ideas but when we sat down to discuss this event, we had agreed the format and the speakers within minutes and it has continued to be a total pleasure to work and plan this occasion with Tricia and Kirsty.”

The IWD event will be held at Hartford Golf Club on Wednesday, March 4 between 11am and 3.30pm.
