HOUSEBUILDER Bloor Homes is enjoying further growth in the North West with a move to a new regional head office in Holmes Chapel.
Staff at Bloor Homes North West have moved to a new purpose-built head office at Campion Park on London Road.
Rhys Nicholson, regional managing director for Bloor Homes North West, said: “We reached a record number of sales across the region in January, and the move to our new, purpose-built offices leaves us well placed for our planned continued growth.
“Campion Park is ideally located next to our Bluebell Green housing development at the edge of Holmes Chapel, and being just minutes from junction 18 of the M6 is a great location for servicing our existing and forthcoming developments across the north west.”
The new state-of-the-art two storey office includes six meeting rooms and a training suite. With a focus on design and including sustainable features such as electric vehicle charging points and solar energy, Campion Park has been nominated for awards.
