PARENTS are being encouraged to let their kids take control of their wedding day for a new series of a CBBC programme.
Marrying Mum and Dad is back for an eighth series and producers are looking for families with children aged eight to 14 to take part in the new series, taking charge of their parents' or step-parents’ wedding day
The children get to choose everything from the theme to the venue to entertainment and even the outfits.
Ed Petrie, co-host, said: "Marrying Mum and Dad weddings are exhilaratingly bonkers, heart-warmingly wacky and utterly unique. A day your family will truly remember forever.”
The deadline for applications is Monday, February 17 and it is now the final call for applications, with filming taking place March to August.
