A PLANNING application to convert the former Argos town centre shop has been withdrawn.
Proposals were submitted to turn the empty store into a mixed use premises comprising of a coffee shop, a launderette, offices and a centre management office.
The plans were drawn up by London and Cambridge Properties, owners of The Hardshaw Centre.
Proposals, which were received by St Helens Council on December 14 have been withdrawn.
The applicants were asked to discuss the matter with the case officer if they wish to resubmit.
