A BANNED driver caught behind the wheel of a car yet again has been jailed.
Dale Alders, of Matchams Lane in Christchurch, has been sentenced to four months behind bars after admitting driving while disqualified, driving without insurance and the conviction of another offence while a community order was in force.
Magistrates at Poole heard he's already been dealt with for driving while disqualified.
Alders, 35, was most recently caught driving in Airfield Way, Christchurch on December 5 while banned.
As well as his prison sentence, he was ordered to pay a £122 surcharge and disqualified from driving for a further seven months and 28 days. Magistrates said a jail sentence was needed because of the "blatant breach of court orders".
