DRIVERS heading south are facing delays this morning (Tuesday) after an accident on the M3 towards Winchester.
An incident at Junction 9 on the southbound carriageway had left one lane blocked near Winnall roundabout.
The road has since been cleared but delays of up to 30 minutes remain on the motorway.
