A CAR crashed into the barrier on the A40 near Oxford this morning, causing delays.
The ring road was partially blocked at North Way, eastbound, about a mile away from Headington Roundabout.
All delays have since cleared.

Oxfordshire County Council initially described the issue as a breakdown and later said a vehicle had collided with the barrier, and had blocked one lane.
This is due to a single vehicle colliding with the barrier and is still blocking one lane on #Oxford's northern by-pass #A40 causing significant delays to eastbound traffic.https://t.co/9ZEBZuo2Cb
