Celtic hold talks over Slovan striker
Slovan Bratislava chief Ivan Kmotrik has confirmed that Celtic are in talks to sign striker Andraz Sporar. The Slovenia international is amongst the attackers on Celtic's transfer target list. Kmotrik insisted the Slovakian club would be looking for significantly more than "two of three million euros" Speaking to Sport24, Kmotrik said: “There are many people interested in Andraz and Celtic is the most aggressive yet. Forster could stay at Celtic says Celtic great
Celtic great Pat Bonner reckons Fraser Forster could be prepared to accept a massive drop in wages in order to make his Parkhead move permanent after rediscovering his love of football in Glasgow. He said: “I think it’s very important that he enjoys being at Celtic,” said Bonner. “He feels that people respect him and value him.
“The grass is not always greener somewhere else. Now, of course, Fraser is on big money with Southampton. It’s incredible the money players get down south and it’s hard to know if Celtic could even afford to take him for half his money." (The Herald)
