MATCH arrangements have been announced by Northwich Victoria FC and 1874 Northwich FC ahead of their Boxing Day meeting at Wincham Park, kick-off 3pm.

Crowd segregation will be in place, with Vics supporters allocated the Lostock end of the ground and the seats in the main stand up to the players’ entrance.

1874 Northwich fans will have the Wincham end, along with the seats in the main stand up to the players’ entrance. They will also be able to use some of the terracing, to the side of the pitch.

Anyone electing to park away from the official large car park is asked to be respectful of residents.

Turnstiles will be open from 2pm, and fans are advised to arrive early to help alleviate congestion.

The social club bar will be open until 2.30pm. It will then remain closed until after the game has ended. Facilities and refreshment areas will be open at both ends of the ground.

Ground regulations to note:

1) Supporters are not allowed to encroach onto the pitch or surrounding area before, during or after the game. 2) Articles that must not be brought within the ground – fireworks, smoke cannisters, flares, dangerous or hazardous items, glass bottles, or any articles prohibited by the rules and regulations which could compromise public safety. 3) The use of threatening behaviour and/or foul or abusive language is strictly forbidden.

Any person in possession of such items or behaving inappropriately, will be asked to leave the ground.

Should supporters not adhere to these regulations, the clubs will be reported to the relevant authorities and sanctions will be taken against both clubs as a result.

Each club will have officials and stewards on hand, to provide guidance and support.
