A LIVERPOOL man has been charged following a shooting incident in Winsford.
The incident, in Denbigh Drive in the early hours of Monday, October 14, left a 25-year-old Winsford man with a leg injury – which police say was caused by a firearm.
He was taken to hospital and discharged after receiving treatment.

On Saturday, December 7, a 24-year-old was arrested in Liverpool.
He has subsequently been charged with causing grievous bodily harm with intent and possessing a firearm with intent to endanger life.
The man, who has also been charged with robbery, assault by beating and intimidating a witness in relation to other incident in Winsford, appeared at Crewe Magistrates’ Court today, Monday, December 9.
He has been remanded in custody and is set to appear at Liverpool Crown Court on Monday, January 6.
