MARKET hall traders are seeking the public’s votes in a bid to win a sought-award accolade.

Knutsford Market Hall has entered The National Association of British Markets annual search to find Britain’s Favourite Market in the Best Small Indoor Market Category.

The award is judged by an expert panel, with the winners being announced in January.

The public can also vote for their favourite market online at nabma.com/vote.

Sandra Curties, town centre manager said: “We have had an exciting year with lots of events, including our extremely popular Supper Clubs, our recent Open Day and our involvement with the Taste Knutsford Walking Food Tour.

“We have loved participating in Knutsford’s events from the Christmas Markets, Pumpkin Path and the Bunny Hop. We urge the public to vote for us and support their local market and traders. Every vote counts.”

Knutsford Market Hall is open every Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 8am to 4pm. The Market Café also opens on Wednesday.

Shoppers at Knutsford Market can find everything for dinner from fruit and veg, wine and a great range of meat, poultry and fish. There is a café and you can buy women’s and children’s clothing and accessories and gifts.

Alongside this is a photography stall offering a full range of both consumer and corporate photography services plus an eco-stall with a weigh and save.
