THERE'S still some tickets left for Wirral youngsters to come face-to-face with dinosaur experts Teach Rex this Halloween.

Wirral Primary School teachers Sam and Joe will bring their popular live family entertainment dino-show to Thornton Hall Hotel on October 31.

The first session from 4pm to 5.30pm has now sold out but there are still a handful of tickets left for the 6pm to 7.30pm show.

Teach Rex will not be announcing any more shows once the tickets have sold out.

This spooky special will see three life-like dinosaur puppets take part in a 45 minute show complete with effects and music.

Once the educational part is over, the event is followed by a 'Dino Disco' and a dinosaur meet and greet.

Co-founder Joe told the Globe: "We are so excited to be back on home turf with our first-ever Teach Rex Halloween special.

"It’s been an amazing year for the team, so what better way to celebrate than doing what we love back in Wirral."

There will also be the chance for families to buy merchandise and refreshments at the event.

A fancy dress competition will also take place for the best dressed dad, mum, girl and boy with extra special prizes such as a car valet from Valet Kings UK, spa day for two at Thornton Hall and a free poster and Teach Rex t-shirt.

Tickets start at £7.50 and are available via https://www.ticketquarter.co.uk/Online/teach-rex-halloween-special
