A 39-year-old man could face jail if he is found with an opened bottle of booze anywhere in Merseyside.
Sonny Gardner, of Vauxhall Road, Liverpool had been handed a four-week prison sentence for 18 months after being found guilty of breaching his Criminal Behaviour Order.
He must not have an open bottle of alcohol anywhere in Merseyside, use abusive or threatening words or behaviour.
Gardner must also not enter the Ropewalks area bounded by Bold Street side of Hanover Street, Bold Street, Berry Street and Duke Street.
He also must not enter Elliott Street, Parker Street, Church Street and Lord Street.
The order will expire on November 20, 2021.
