A DREAM has come true for a Northwich model.
Kelsey Poulton, from Barnton, has been crowned Miss Galaxy International Pageant after competing against girls from all over the world in Orlando.

The former Hartford High School student celebrated her 21st birthday at the event.
Kelsey said: "It is an absolute dream come true to have been crowned Miss Galaxy at the international finals.

"It has been an incredible journey with the Galaxy System where I have gained confidence and poise and have made lifelong friends from across the globe. I am so excited to represent Galaxy for another year with all the opportunities that will bring."
Kelsey was also named the best contestant in four categories, interview, swimwear, fashion and evening wear.

A globetrotting future lies ahead as she will travel all around the world in her new role to Portugal, Spain, Ireland and the USA.
Charity work is close to her heart as she has already raised thousands of pounds for deserving caused including the Make A Wish Foundation, Ronald Macdonald House and The Christie.
Kelsey entered her first pageant Miss Teen Great Britain in 2011 when she was only 13.
She applied to Galaxy as a teenage contestant in 2014 and entered the Miss Galaxy England competition in 2018 winning the England Title whilst representing Cheshire.
Kelsey competed in Orlando in 2018 for the international title and was the first runner up. This gave her the opportunity to represent Europe at this year's Miss Galaxy International pageant in America where she won the prestigious title and crown.
"I cannot put into words how incredible my year has been, she said. "I have travelled far and wide attending and organising events and trying to leave a little sparkle everywhere I go.

This year Kelsey also completed a degree in international tourism management and is currently working for On The Beach Limited whilst raising thousands of pounds for charity.
Kelsey won trips to Italy and Paris as part of her international prize as well as a stay at the exclusive Queen's Retreat in Chicago where the reigning queens are pampered by their director Maria Torres.
She has numerous fundraising events planned during her year and is available for appearances and events.
