PLANS have been submitted to convert an office building in Antrobus into a three-bedroomed home.
Orchard Court, which stands on the corner of Knutsford Road and Barber’s Lane, currently offers 158 square metres of office space.
The land was previously used as a vehicle repair garage and a post office before the two-storey building was built in 2006.
Plans for the three-bedroom house propose to convert the ground floor to include a lounge, dining room and kitchen.
Space has also been optimised to include a utility room and a downstairs toilet.
The first floor would be home to an en-suite master bedroom, as well as two smaller bedrooms.
Orchard Court currently has parking spaces for six cars, but this would be downgraded to three if the plans are approved by Cheshire West and Chester Council.
