ST BERNARD, the famous Saints mascot, is to return to the touchline at Wembley for the Challenge Cup final.
The club has been teasing his return on social media throughout the week - and tonight confirmed the big dog is back.

Hyping his return for Saturday’s showpiece, Saints said there is “a final to be won and a wolf to be tamed”, a reference to the Warrington mascot, Wolfie, who has been involved in a series of high profile marketing stunts this season.
In the early days of Super League, St Bernard was one of the most well known mascots, with arguably the biggest personality.

But he was withdrawn from the limelight in 2006, with Saints’ social media story suggesting he has been watching the National Rugby League competition in Australia.
With excitement already reaching fever pitch among Saints supporters ahead of a first Wembley final since 2008, the announcemnt has caused a stir on social media.
