TWO people were taken to hospital after a car came off the road and rolled over on the A59 west of York.
North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service said the single-vehicle accident happened at 9.30pm last night on the road at Skipbridge.
A spokeswoman said the Citroen C1 car was righted back on to its wheels by members of the public, and two casualties were treated by ambulance crews and taken to hospital.
She added that a female casualty had suffered a possible spine injury and put in a neck brace.
