NORTHWICH Festival will commence for the 35th year tomorrow, so here is everything you need to know in time for the big event.

The four-day celebration of everything Northwich will run from Friday through to Bank Holiday Monday at Moss Farm, with lots of fun things to see and do.

Friday will be Family Fun Day, which will offer a number of fun activities for all the family.

Saturday will see the Belle Boutique Fizz and Frocks Fashion Show take centre stage at Northwich Sports Bar from 12.30pm to 4.30pm.

Entrance to the event will cost £10, which includes a glass of prosecco on arrival, and tickets can be bought via Eventbrite.

Also performing at Northwich Sports Bar is Oasis tribute act ‘Stop the Clocks’, who will start at 7pm.

The highly anticipated gig is now sold out, and the act will be supported by Northwich/Winsford-based indie electronic band Reclaim Vienna and upcoming Manchester band Callow Youth.

Sports fans will also be able to watch Northwich RUFC in their traditional festival fixture, this time against Macclesfield at 2.30pm.

The popular Motorcycle and Scooter Day will return on Sunday, with festivalgoers also being able to experience artisan food stalls and live music by way of an open mic night.

Monday will see the festival draw to a close with a fairground rolling into town and a number of other sporting events planned by Northwich SuperStars and Sale Sharks.

Make sure you head down to the festival over the extended weekend and check out the great events on offer.
