STREET theatre stars from across the globe will circle on Northwich this October, as Now Northwich returns for a second year.

The festival will take place from 1pm until late on Saturday, October 5 – looking to build on an extraordinary 2018 debut.

Entertainment will include a 'thrilling cast' of international artists, along with Northwich and Cheshire-based performers bringing a full day and evening of fun.

There will be a youth zone and family zone, as well as dance acts, street performers and interactive adventures.

The finale will include a jaw-dropping procession of giant insects invading the town centre streets, wowing crowds from Northwich Library to Barons Square.

Last year, thousands flocked to Witton Street and Barons Quay to enjoy everything from zero-gravity spacemen to prehistoric beasts.

The event is supported by Arts Council England funding, with partners including Northwich BID, town council, CWAC and Cheshire Dance.
