PLANNING permission has been renewed for the proposed building of four flats off Manchester Road.
The outline consent at the end of Brook Lane could see a single two-storey building replace small existing pigeon lofts – used for recreational purposes.
Identical plans – for four one-bedroom flats – were approved in 2009 and 2012.
Cheshire West and Chester Council planning officers said the site was in a sustainable location.
Finer details of the plans will be submitted for consideration at a later date.
