THE third annual Northwich Scooter Day brought thousands of visitors into the town centre on Sunday, July 7.
With around 300 scooters on show in High Street and the Bull Ring, the event rounded off the successful first week of this year’s Northwich Festival of Arts.
First held in 2017, Scooter Day has become a fixture in the town’s events calendar.
Organised by Derek Smith with the backing of Retros Music Bar, the event saw prizes handed out – sponsored this year by Vinnie’s Cakes and Shakes.
Nick Newton, from Retros, said: “The atmosphere was buzzing with great music from local DJs and live music by The Tall Faces.
“The biggest thank you must go to the people that attended the event and to all the scooter clubs that travelled form all over the north west to join us for the day.
“It’s now time to start planning next years event which we hope will be even bigger and better.”
