A video of the drugs gang jailed this week after being caught on the M6 has has thousands of views this week.

But some of you may have missed what happened in the moments after they were stopped by police.

After downing cans of Strongbow Dark Fruits during the journey, one of the defendants soiled himself after being stopped by police.

2. The £30,000 dune buggy police chase

And after the sentencings, Cheshire Police released this rather audacious footage of drugs gang boss Jamie Oldroyd leading police on a chase through the streets of Warrington while driving a £30,000 dune buggy.

The landscape could soon look a lot different on the edge of Warrington after it was announced Fiddlers Ferry Power Station would be closing.

The announcement affects 160 jobs as well as many more contractor positions.

5. READ > The Odeon in Westbrook gets a makeover

An ultra high-definition screen and more than 600 reclining seats are among the improvements that have been unveiled at Odeon Warrington.

The Westbrook cinema has relaunched as ‘Odeon Luxe’ with 624 luxury reclining seats across its 10 screens, offering film fans triple the legroom as well as individual retractable tables.
