THE ANTROBUS Arms has been recognised among the best restaurants, pubs and bars in Cheshire.
The pub in Warrington Road won a Silver Award in the Best Newcomer category of the Taste Cheshire awards at Chester Racecourse in April.
Shortlisted food and drink outlets across the county were nominated by the public, and then visited anonymously by industry experts to choose the winners.
Martin Barnes from Uphouse Pubs said: “We are absolutely thrilled to come away with the Award in the Best Newcomer category, it is a testament to our hardworking and committed team to achieve such success against the best that Cheshire has to offer.
"We are so pleased and proud of our success so far, we just want to share it with as many people as we can.
"To gain this recognition, especially through our customers and industry experts is particularly rewarding.”
The pub has now launched its new summer menu.
