Main Northwich route New Warrington Road set to be closed all next week
ONE of Northwich’s main routes in and out of town will be closed throughout next week due to road works.
New Warrington Road will be closed from the roundabout by The Clock Tower up to Chapel Street at Wincham.
The road closure, put in place by Cheshire West and Chester Council to allow drainage works to be completed, will start on Monday, June 3, and is expected to reopen again on Friday evening, June 7.
A diversion for traffic will be put in place, directing drivers down Manchester Road and turning left onto Hall Lane at The Slow and Easy pub.
