THE fine weather is set to break - just in time to ruin the Spring Bank Holiday.
Forecasters say tomorrow and Saturday will be mostly dry in York, with some sunshine but also cloudy at times, and temperatures as high as 18 or 19C.
But rain is likely on Sunday and showers on Bank Holiday Monday, when the maximum temperature may be no more than 14C.
Next week looks set to be quite unsettled, but forecasters hope dry, warm and sunny weather will return in June.
