A PAEDOPHILE has been spared prison after being caught with indecent images of children.
Mark Jennings, from Hood Manor, was found with a collection of pseudo photographs of children in January last year.
On Thursday, May 2, he was handed a 12-week imprisonment suspended for 18 months at Liverpool Crown Court.
The 53-year-old had admitted five counts of making indecent images and five counts of possessing indecent images during an earlier court hearing.
Jennings, of Payne Close, was also ordered to carry out 150 hours of unpaid work and told to pay court costs of £115.
Four mobile phones seized by police will be forfeited and destroyed, while the defendant was subjected to a sexual harm prevention order for seven years.
