THE Wire Flyer’s next opponent has been revealed – former Bradford Bulls star Robbie Hunter-Paul.
Warrington Wolves’ resident speed demon will take on the 43-year-old former New Zealand international halfback during half-time of this Sunday’s clash with Wigan Warriors at the Halliwell Jones Stadium.
Hunter-Paul will be covering the game as a pundit for the BBC, with the Challenge Cup tie being screened on live national television.
And the 200m sprint challenge will also be broadcast live on BBC One.
The Kiwi becomes the Flyer’s second celebrity opponent, having beaten former Salford Red Devils owner Marwan Koukash in a race on Good Friday.
