The guide price is £500,000.
Viewings via Gascoigne Halman in Stockton Heath by appointment every Tuesday and Saturday before the auction takes place.
Meanwhile in a separate lot, a paddock of 1.15 acres of agricultural land currently in the greenbelt is up with a guide price of £20,000.
