Christ Church in Greenbank will be holding an Easter Extravaganza on Saturday, April 20 from 10am to 11.30am.
The event takes place in the old Station House at Greenbank railway station in Chester Road. A morning of free family fun and games will include face painting, competitions, Easter egg hunt and crafts, with bacon butties and hot cross buns.
On Good Friday, April 19, at 6.30pm there will be a café-style service at Station House. On Easter Sunday there will be an all age service at 10.30am, with a crèche for under threes. There will be no afternoon service.
A church spokesman said “We would love for the local community to come and join our Easter celebrations. Everyone may be assured of a warm welcome.
